I nursed both of my kids from birth until 2.5 with my first and 18 months with my second, so I was nursing for quite a while. I personally only used a cover in the beginning but I have a friend who is having a baby and I knew this would be the perfect gift for her because she mentioned wanting one. I love that this has multi purpose and very light weight. You can use it as a scarf for yourself, a nursing cover, a blanket, shoot even a burp rag if you needed something quick. The size is great because if you're like and nurse for a 100 years (jk, lol) you will have plenty room. It also comes with a bonus bib that snaps and is really cute. I love the material of both. The scarf is so light weight and just so soft. It looks really cute on as just a scaft too just incase you decide after a short time that covering isn't for you. Over all I think this is a great invention and I am really glad to see a comfortable yet cute covering option for nursing mothers.
