We love sushi but once we moved to Texas we haven't had it because it's just not that same as Hawaii! When I saw this I knew that I had to have it and I am so glad I did it. It works so great and it's so easy to understand. My husband has been asking me to learn to make sushi for such a long time and now I am able to. It was really excited to have sushi for dinner as a surprise one night. I was able to make it so easy and for that I am so grateful.
